We used Roddy Constructions for extensions and renovations to our house. When gathering quotes, Roddy Constructions really stood out from the rest. Stuart’s communication was outstanding and was one defining factor in choosing him and Roddy Constructions for our renovations. Stuart himself is very personable and we were filled with a lot of confidence from our first meeting.
During the renovations, a high level of communication continued and we were always in the know when anything was going to happen or if things needed to change. Having to live in our house whilst the renovations were going, with a toddler and dog, Stuart was always very accommodating and did everything he could to make our living space separate from the construction site and to keep the area as tidy as possible. He was also very good with our son and dog, often taking time to have a chat to Oscar or give Nellie (the dog) a very sought after pat.
Stuart’s attention to detail and workmanship is at a very high standard. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and the range of skills he has is outstanding. Stuart was also very approachable and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. We could not be happier with the end result and will definitely use Roddy Constructions for any further building work we require.
