This double block in Waratah was twice the width of its neighbours. Stuart saw its value when purchasing the 1000m2 site, and worked closely with ELK Designs to efficiently design 6 architectural townhouses on the site.
All units had 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & two separate Living rooms.
The 1st floor living had raised raked ceilings, which created the feeling of much more space within the home. This unique design was much sought after in the marketplace, with suburb record sales of the townhomes being achieved. Notable comments from discerning open home attendees included quality inclusions, impressive design and quality craftsmanship.
The successful design was inspiration for Stuarts upcoming development of 10 townhouses in Charlestowns CBD, construction commencing 2024.
